Our protective wax is physical rubber antioxidant, to add it in rubber mixing process, after vulcanization, the wax will migrate to the rubber surface to form a durable protective film to prevent the attack of ozone. Our products have the characteristics of wide protection temperature range, long protection time, mold forming not easy to be damaged and film forming uniformity.

Our products including high temperature, low temperature, and wide temperature protection wax mainly used in rubber tyre; and also produce other medium and high end protection wax used for rubber strip, rubber belt, rubber sole, etc. The carbon distribution peak type of the product is mainly single peak and double peak, protection temperature is 0-50℃. The color is from white to brown, except for independent R&D, we also accept customer’s special requirement.
